The new FleXILO Compact has up to 60% more filling volume with common textile tanks available on the market. The newly developed patented function concept and the integrated extraction auger guarantee total emptying of the pellets storage tank. With this, the FleXILO COMPACT is the ideal pellets storage solution for installations with a high pellets comsumption or limited space for pellets storage.

Pellets level indication and weighing system:
Two solutions for the level indication and the weighing of pellets:

a.- Weighing cells located under the FleXILO carrying stayers: The weighing cells enable the custommer to know the current pounds (kilograms) of pellets remaining in the FleXILO as well as the amount of used pellets since the last delivery. This system sends a warning signal to the boiler control (and warning e-mail if monitoring online system is installed) once a minimun pellets volume has been reach. This minimun pellets remaining volume is set in the boiler control.

b. - Level indication control by using a load capacity sensor: The system is integrated into a FleXILO tank OkoFEN or a external storage bin or room. The load capacity sensor sends a warning signal to the boiler control (and warning e-mail if monitoring online system is installed) when the pellets inside the tank reach a level indication selected. This level can be choose by the custommer and should give the custommer enough time to order new pellets. |
